Register for an account customer login and password

If you have a Cabcharge account but have not registered for online services please click HERE to complete a registration form or call Cabcharge on 02 9332 9222 during business hours to obtain a password. For security purposes you are required to contact Cabcharge to be issued a password.

The following services/forms are available online:

  • Statements - download your account statements in PDF, XLS or TMS format
  • Sequence reports - download a sequence report for each TAXI eTICKET pack
  • Submit orders - order Cabcharge Charge Cards and TAXI eTICKET packs
  • Submit cancellations - cancel Cabcharge Charge Cards and TAXI eTICKETS
  • Send remittance - notify Cabcharge of EFT payments
  • Change details - change address, authorised person/s and contact/s details
  • Provide feedback - provide feedback and/or dispute a fare
  • CTMS access - request access to the Cabcharge Taxi Management System
  • Request forms - request application forms for Charge Account facilities
