NOTE:

• An employee (who has been issued TAXI eTICKETS) may submit this cancellation either online or by fax.
• A reason for cancelling TAXI eTICKETS must be provided. Select from: Lost / Stolen / Other.
• If you need to (urgently) cancel a pack of TAXI eTICKETS please provide all details in the comments box and provide a reason for the cancellation. 

• An employee may may phone 02 9020 2345 to cancel TAXI eTICKETS lost or stolen outside Cabcharge office hours(8.30 – 4.30 Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard/Daylight Savings time).
• Please provide company name and TAXI eTICKET sequence number(s).
• Notification must be confirmed in writing (or online) stipulating the account number and all sequence numbers to be cancelled (Ref. Conditions of Use, Clause 10.1a).
• The account holder will not be liable for transactions raised from lost or stolen TAXI eTICKETS that are dated after the report of the loss or theft (Ref. Conditions of Use, Clause 10.1b).
