• All queries or disputes on credit or debit card transactions must be referred to the respective card issuer (bank/financial institution).

TAXI COMPLAINTS / COMPLIMENTS:

• For complaints/compliments concerning a taxi service it may be advisable to contact the state government (transport) department, the taxi counci, or the taxi network concerned directly.
• You will need the taxi's number plate or the driver's authority number, the taxi network, and the time and date of your journey.
